DMB "I called Chris to talk to Valerie about any
questions she might have. He called her and went over anything
that may help her. He was at his other job but was still
willing to help"

2/16/2003 Brickyard "I phoned Robert to ask for help with
a new employee that was not sure where to lock up the keys. I
asked Robert to help explain it to the new employee. He said
he was right around the corner and didn't mind stopping by to
help."
